A few months ago I decided that I wanted to make a change in my life and one of the areas I need a huge change is my health. I have dealt with many challenges as it pertains to becoming healthier, some of my own and other internally, ( I will share more of these stories in my blog) but recently I was introduced to a product that has helped many to lose 5lbs in 5 days, I've personally lost 6lbs in 10 days, but very excited about that small accomplishment.
