A few months ago I decided that I wanted to make a change in my life and one of the areas I need a huge change is my health. I have dealt with many challenges as it pertains to becoming healthier, some of my own and other internally, ( I will share more of these stories in my blog) but recently I was introduced to a product that has helped many to lose 5lbs in 5 days, I've personally lost 6lbs in 10 days, but very excited about that small accomplishment. So within the product line I have seen many success stories and decided to create on of my own. Using the dietary supplements and some will power I have decided to embark on a 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge to jump start my change. Feel free to follow my journey or join me whenever you feel like you are ready for a change.

30 Day Challenge - Final weigh in...

Ok, so I finished my 30 Day Challenge on Friday and had my final weigh in on Sunday, total weight loss... 15lbs. Not bad a littles less than average on the HCG protocol but I will take the 15. It's a great jump start and motivation the the next 25lbs. So let me share the good and the bad.

The Good: I started the program out with really good momentum... I lost the first 10lbs in about 12 days.

The Bad: I took the wrong dosage and ran out of supplement and had a few days without and began to gain weight. Once I got back on my supplement I never regained the momentum but still managed to lose another 5lbs.

The Good: I was never hungry, but would get weak or dizzy from not eating. The 500 calories was doable. My meals mostly consisted of 2 fruits (apples and cantaloupe), 2 Crackers, and protien wrapped in lettuce or with a side salad.

The Good: I also have lost cravings for sugar and look at my meals totally different. My body has been trained to snack more and have one meal a day. Moving into maintenance eating 1000 calories may be difficult.

Maintenance: I now will move into maintenance which will include eating up to 1000 - 1200 calories a day while working out building muscle to keep my body in fat burning mode and keeping carbs to a minimum.

I will continue to take the Nutriburst, Tea, NRG, and Techui and share my progress. I really miss working out.

Would I do it again? Yes I actually plan to do another cycle in August when my travels slow down a bit but I finally found a program that can help me reach my wellness goals.

30 Day Challenge Update

Quick check-in...

I have about a week left in my 30 day challenge, down 14lbs. in 23 days.  I was hoping to be at 20 but I suffered a 9 day yo-yo period up and down 4lbs. First I ran out of product, then I had pms issues. been back on track for about 5 days losing on average a pound a day.

Life happens... and I had to hang in their and ride that plateau out and stay committed. Did I want to quit... yes but I would focus on my goals and adjust my eating to bring me back on track.

I'm actually considering extending my HCG phase 2 about a week to recover my week I of setbacks.... we shall see. You can actually stay on phase 2 for 26- 40 days. I will be at 26 days in 4 days, then 3 days of phase 3.

The meals are totally doable as long as I prep. I've added the NRG and Techui for more energy and protein, and I feel a lot better. Definitely more energy.

How to get more energy.

Just ordered my Energy kit with NRG(energy supplement that burns 300 calories extra/day),

my Techui (super food), and drinking my Iaso Tea.

Getting ready to wrap up my 26 day cycle of HCG... moving into phase 3 (3 days with no drops and 500 calories to set metabolism, and then on the phase 4, the maintenance phase (3weeks 1200-1500 calories, no carbs, no sugars, good fats, lean proteins, and workouts). Been plateaued around 10-12 lbs since my missed dosage for a few days and then had the visit from the hormonal demon that comes once a month sometimes twice just to tell you that you are not pregnant... #sickofher But any who... about 6 days left in HCG cycle lets see where I finish... 10 lbs is still a success in 26 days and a great jump start, but I miss working out. I plan to do another round without interruptions in Aug. after travel slows down.

But I have truly learned some better eating habits. 500 calorie meals where not hard to do, I can definitely do it again and it will make eating 1200-1500 calories a day much easier to make better whole food choices.

How to lose weight fast! with HCG!

Many think the HCG diet program is a lose weight quick program. Although it offers a faster than normal results it requires extreme discipline to the program and commitment to maintenance.

The program is 26- 40 days longs by your own choice, but maintenance is a lifestyle. With average weight loss from 15-40 lbs in one HCG cycle (26-40 days), you must be discipline to continue losing and maintain.

HCG protocol does offer a great jump start to beginning a new lifestyle and is very motivation to wake up to a scale that goes down daily, who wouldn't want to stay on the program.

However you must be mentally ready to make a change to better and healthier lifestyle, which means learning what will alter or hinder your success and quickly correcting those issues. A healthier lifestyle is a journey not a lose weight quick gimmick. Change your mind... change your life.

The correct dose for HCG drops.

Good morning,

I promised to share the good and the bad part of my journey.  I totally messed up and have gained  3 lbs. which has my total loss now at 9 lbs. I'll take the 9 lbs but I was on track to be at 15 by now. However, I totally took my drops wrong, I was taking way to many and literally ran out with in 13 days of regimen, I ordered more last week but the USPS is operating at total snail mail these days. So today I wait hopefully for them to arrive so I can get back on track.

The correct dosage is 10-12 drops, not droppers, 3 times a day (30 drops a day) for average use. You take take them 15 minutes before for meals or liquids, hold them under your tongue a for a few seconds to help them enter your blood stream. For more than average weight loss or if you experience hunger the maximum is 36-45 drops a day.

Don't get the desire to eat mixed up with hungry. I found that if you start at 7 am eating your first meal and eat a snack or meal every 3-4 hrs you will not feel hungry. I have not felt hungry, but a little dizzy the beginning, I feel that way when I don't eat protein and I learned that my body is going through withdrawals from sugar being that the diet is completely sugar free.

Over all I am pleased. I didn't think I could do it but other than this minor setback I am looking forward to continuing my journey.
