A few months ago I decided that I wanted to make a change in my life and one of the areas I need a huge change is my health. I have dealt with many challenges as it pertains to becoming healthier, some of my own and other internally, ( I will share more of these stories in my blog) but recently I was introduced to a product that has helped many to lose 5lbs in 5 days, I've personally lost 6lbs in 10 days, but very excited about that small accomplishment. So within the product line I have seen many success stories and decided to create on of my own. Using the dietary supplements and some will power I have decided to embark on a 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge to jump start my change. Feel free to follow my journey or join me whenever you feel like you are ready for a change.

The correct dose for HCG drops.

Good morning,

I promised to share the good and the bad part of my journey.  I totally messed up and have gained  3 lbs. which has my total loss now at 9 lbs. I'll take the 9 lbs but I was on track to be at 15 by now. However, I totally took my drops wrong, I was taking way to many and literally ran out with in 13 days of regimen, I ordered more last week but the USPS is operating at total snail mail these days. So today I wait hopefully for them to arrive so I can get back on track.

The correct dosage is 10-12 drops, not droppers, 3 times a day (30 drops a day) for average use. You take take them 15 minutes before for meals or liquids, hold them under your tongue a for a few seconds to help them enter your blood stream. For more than average weight loss or if you experience hunger the maximum is 36-45 drops a day.

Don't get the desire to eat mixed up with hungry. I found that if you start at 7 am eating your first meal and eat a snack or meal every 3-4 hrs you will not feel hungry. I have not felt hungry, but a little dizzy the beginning, I feel that way when I don't eat protein and I learned that my body is going through withdrawals from sugar being that the diet is completely sugar free.

Over all I am pleased. I didn't think I could do it but other than this minor setback I am looking forward to continuing my journey.
