Greetings....
So I have made into Phase 2 of the HCG Diet which is the harder phase to endure. It's the phase in which you break the old habits and build some discipline... I must say I didn't do to bad for day 1, as I write this I just finished my dinner for day 2, about 24 days left and I believe I can do this. So my meals for yesterday and the next few days are 2 egg whites, cantaloupe, an apple, sliced cucumbers, baked fish, cabbage, and melba toast(2). I'm not hungry, actually I have to remember to eat. Although I did find out I was taking to many drops at once so I took a break for a day to let my body catch up with the dosage. Needless to say I weighed in this am, lost 2lbs. from yesterday. Still drinking my tea, and ready for change.
A few months ago I decided that I wanted to make a change in my life and one of the areas I need a huge change is my health. I have dealt with many challenges as it pertains to becoming healthier, some of my own and other internally, ( I will share more of these stories in my blog) but recently I was introduced to a product that has helped many to lose 5lbs in 5 days, I've personally lost 6lbs in 10 days, but very excited about that small accomplishment. So within the product line I have seen many success stories and decided to create on of my own.
